Please check to ensure you have not included any products ineligible for free shipping in your calculation. For example, amounts contributed by purchases of gift cards/vouchers are not eligible for free shipping.

Yes. Simply use the Street address field at the checkout to enter your PO BOX or parcel locker details. We recommend using a parcel locker (Australia Post Parcel Collect) if you will not be home for the delivery. Beauty Crush Skin will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels for your order if the tracking has been scanned as ‘delivered’. If Safe Drop (leave parcel in a safe place) or a redirection was requested for a parcel then Beauty Crush Skin will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels in these cases.

Returns
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, unless the product inside it’s own packaging is damaged on arrival, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or returns. In the event the product inside the packaging was damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@beautycrushskin.com.au within 14 days. Please attach photo evidence of the damaged product with the accompanying proof of purchase.
On approval, we will contact you to arrange for the damaged item to be returned. Please pay special attention to the return instructions. Once we receive the returned item and inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should use a return delivery method that provides a tracking number as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale items cannot be refunded. These items may have been listed with minor imperfections which will be clearly listed on the product page prior to your commitment to purchase.

Absolutely! we only deal with certified stockists from within Australia and South Korea, we will never sell counterfeit or subpar skincare. we use these products not only on ourselves but our families so we will definitely be wanting the real deal.
Many of our products have video tutorials and reviews which are specifically developed by Beauty Crush to assist you with application and provide guidance. You can find them directly on the product pages.
Even though you may share the same skin type with someone else, we are all different. Just like our fingerprints, no two people are exactly alike. Same goes for your skin. Please use our routines as a guide. Only you will know what works with trial and error.
We advise that you do adequate research on your skin type and condition. We strongly recommend that you perform a test patch to gauge your compatibility with the product.
