Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes. But unfortunately with the delays associated with COVID-19, express shipping times have been less reliable, but still remain our fastest shipping option.
Do you deliver to PO boxes and Parcel Post?
Yes we do! For Parcel Lockers, please include the street address of the Parcel Locker location. Simply use the Street address field at the checkout to enter your PO BOX or parcel locker details.
We recommend using a shipping address where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours Monday-Friday. If no one is present at the time of delivery then the parcel may be taken to the nearest collection point and a collection card will be left for you.
Beauty Crush Skin will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels for your order if the tracking has been scanned as ‘delivered’. If Safe Drop or a redirection was requested for a parcel then Beauty Crush Skin will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels in these cases.
How do I track the parcel with the tracking number you have provided?
Simply visit https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search and enter the tracking number provided.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

What if I incorrectly put in the wrong address?
Contact us promptly at firstname.lastname@example.org if you notice you have supplied the incorrect shipping address. If we haven’t posted it yet, we will update the shipping address with the correct one you supply. Unfortunately, if it has already left our warehouse, the customer will be responsible for additional handling and postage fee of $20 to have it re-delivered after the parcel has been returned to Beauty Crush Skin. If you prefer a refund on the returned parcel, we will deduct $20 off the total order amount to cover handling & postage fees. Beauty Crush Skin is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not offer any replacements.
What if my parcel has been lost or stolen in transit?
Please contact Australia Post and email Beauty Crush Skin if a parcel has been lost or stolen and we can try to assist. However Beauty Crush Skin will not be responsible where we have provided a tracking number. To check your parcel, visit https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search and enter the tracking number provided. This will indicate the progress and whether it has been received.
Can my parcel be left in a safe place in my absence?
Yes you can give authority to leave for your orders so that a signature will not be required at the time of delivery. Beauty Crush Skin will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels for your order if the tracking has been scanned as ‘delivered’. If Safe Drop or a redirection was requested for a parcel then Beauty Crush Skin will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels in these cases. We recommend you use Australia Post Parcel Collect (Post Office) and pick up the parcel at a time convenient for you.
Can I combine shipping on multiple purchases?
Yes absolutely. Beauty Crush Skin will combine postage costs if we have noticed that there are multiple purchases made on the same day being delivered to the same address and name. Please send us an email to confirm if you have any questions regarding combining postage costs.
Please note that the shipping fees for orders that may be combined are non-refundable.
Can I get a refund, exchange or return the products I purchased?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, unless the product inside it’s own packaging is damaged on arrival, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or returns.
In the event the product inside the packaging was damaged in transit, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days. Please attach photo evidence of the damaged product with the accompanying proof of purchase.
On approval, we will contact you to arrange for the damaged item to be returned. Please pay special attention to the return instructions. Once we receive the returned item and inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should use a return delivery method that provides a tracking number as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items cannot be refunded. These items may have been listed with minor imperfections which will be clearly listed on the product page prior to your commitment to purchase.
